  6. Schedule an appointment with our office when you have obtained your Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling Certificate and have gathered ALL of your paperwork.

  7. Sign your Petition. 

  8. File your Petition. We will file your Petition with the US Bankruptcy Court.

  9. Obtain your Debtor Education Certificate. (Information provided in the packet)

  10. Attend your Credit Hearing in Bay City Bankruptcy cases with Garnishments or Foreclosures may have to be done on an emergency basis if a client waits too long to file.
